Membership Terms & Conditions
By joining Cape Town Strength and Conditioning, members agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Members must:

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership where conduct is unsafe, abusive, illegal, or disruptive.
2. Payments

3. Gym Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, strength training, conditioning, group classes, and related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Serious injury or death
I voluntarily participate in activities at Cape Town Strength and Conditioning and assume all associated risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Cape Town Strength and Conditioning, its owners, staff, contractors, and trainers from liability arising from participation in gym activities, except where caused by gross negligence or unlawful conduct.
I understand that this agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
