I'm Sergio, Lead Strength Coach at Cape Town S&C, trained at ETA and passionate about the space where rehab meets performance.
I work hand in hand with our physiotherapy team to make sure recovering from injury isn't just about getting back to where you were. It's about coming back stronger, more resilient, and moving better than ever before.
I specialise in rehabilitation strength programming, Olympic weightlifting, and lifting technique. Whether you're returning from injury, learning to lift, or chasing performance, you're in the right place.

I'm Zuko, Lead Strength Class Coach at Cape Town S&C and I'll be the one pushing you through our group strength and conditioning classes every week.
With experience across Virgin Active, Zone Fitness, and F45, I've coached in just about every environment going. That experience shaped me into a coach who knows how to get the best out of every person in the room, regardless of where they're starting from.
I specialise in functional training, strength, and conditioning. My sessions are structured, progressive, and built around one goal: making you stronger, fitter, and more confident every single week.

Hi, I'm Taylin, Lead Personal Trainer at Cape Town S&C with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science in Sport and Leisure and a special passion for female personal training.
My background in athletic conditioning, vulnerable populations, and corporate wellness gives me a unique ability to meet people exactly where they are and build programmes that actually fit their life. I'm especially passionate about helping women build real strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that carry them through every chapter ahead.
