We are the only strength and conditioning facility in Cape Town fully integrated with a medical facility, combining high performance coaching with physiotherapy expertise so you can train hard, recover smart, and keep progressing without compromise.


Our offering spans group strength and conditioning classes, dynamic race targeted training programmes, and one on one personal training with sub specialities including female personal training, rehabilitation strength integration, Olympic weightlifting, and functional training. Whatever your goal, whatever your starting point, we have the coaches, the programmes, and the environment to get you there.


Every decision we make is built around two things: performance and injury awareness. Our strength coaches and physiotherapy team work side by side every single day to ensure every client is training at their highest level while their body is always protected, supported, and progressing safely.

SERGIO

ROSSOUW

Sergio Rossouw is the lead Strength and Conditioning coach at Cape S&C, bringing years of experience working alongside physiotherapists and biokineticists to deliver high-level, integrated training.

​

His approach is built on a strong foundation of movement quality and technique, ensuring that every client — from rehabilitation cases to performance-driven athletes — trains safely and effectively. Sergio places a high priority on correct lifting mechanics, making him particularly effective in strength training, injury prevention, and return-to-training programs.

​

He works across a wide spectrum of clients, including weightlifting athletes, individuals recovering from injury, and those looking to improve overall performance. His ability to adapt training to each individual allows him to guide clients at any stage of their health and fitness journey.

​

Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, Sergio focuses on building structured, progressive programs that deliver measurable results. His goal is to help clients move better, get stronger, and achieve long-term performance and health outcomes through consistent, high-quality coaching.

ZUKO

KWETANE

Zuko Kwetane is a dedicated and results-driven Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, with a strong passion for helping clients build confidence, strength, and sustainable fitness habits.

He has gained experience across leading fitness environments, having worked as a Fitness Instructor at Virgin Active, progressing into a Personal Training role at Zone Fitness, and currently coaching at F45 Training. This diverse background has shaped his ability to work with a wide range of individuals, from general fitness clients to performance-focused members.

Zuko specialises in functional training, strength development, and conditioning, with a focus on building practical, well-rounded fitness that translates into everyday life and performance.

​

His coaching approach is centred around consistency, progression, and long-term sustainability, helping clients not only achieve results but maintain them with confidence.

TAYLIN

HOLLAND

Taylin is a Strength and Conditioning coach at Cape S&C with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in Sport and Leisure. Her expertise spans athletic performance, vulnerable populations, and corporate wellness, allowing her to work across a wide range of clients and training needs.

She focuses on bridging the gap between exercise science and real life, helping clients train effectively through every stage of life. Rather than overcomplicating the process, Taylin's approach is centered on simplifying training, making it smarter, more efficient, and sustainable.

By prioritising evidence-based methods over trends, she helps clients build strong foundations that lead to long-term results. Her coaching is structured around clear goal setting, identifying weak points, and tracking meaningful progress to ensure consistent improvement.
