Cape Town Strength and Conditioning
By accessing, booking, or participating in any classes, training sessions, workshops, events, or activities offered by Cape Town Strength and Conditioning (“the Facility”), you (“the Participant”) agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that strength training, conditioning, fitness training, and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, sprains, falls, fractures, cardiovascular complications, and other physical harm. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for any risks involved.
Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Cape Town Strength and Conditioning, its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or connected with your participation in any activities at the Facility, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Personal Responsibility
You agree to:
Participate within your own physical limits
Follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff
Inform staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating
You accept responsibility for any injury or harm resulting from your participation.
Acceptance
By booking a session, attending a class, using the Facility, or accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver.
