Service Description
Race Ready is a dedicated strength class designed specifically for runners preparing for their next event. Whether you are chasing a personal best, tackling your first trail, or taking on a serious climb, mileage alone will not get you there. This class fills the gap. Every session runs on a structured four week cycle targeting the muscle groups that carry you through long climbs and sustained efforts. Lower body strength, posterior chain development, single leg stability, core control and conditioning, all programmed to improve your running economy, protect your body, and make you more durable over distance. Each week builds on the last, so that by the time race day arrives you are stronger on the hills, more efficient at pace, and more confident over every kilometre of the course. Sessions are coach-led and purposeful. Load selection, movement quality, and smart progressions are all guided to make sure this training supports your running rather than compromises it. Coaching and medical support are on the floor every single session. Whatever race you are targeting, this is how you make sure you are ready for it.
